On the 24th Jan, I took my wrx Sti in for ongoing hands free issues I have been having that another dealership could not fix. Paddy who I spoke to on arrival was very helpful and laid down an action plan as to how to hopefully resolve my problem by doing a software update first, then possible microphone replacement.He double checked body work repair the other dealer had done and it was far from perfect, as dents can still be seen me also paddy recommend a path to get that damage sorted.Will definitely be getting my car serviced from dales from now on.

My first visit to Dales Subaru and I was met by Paddy, and right away I was made very welcome and felt very safe leaving my 4x4 Ssangyong Korando in their capable hands and I was offered a brand new courtesy car for use while mine was being serviced and MOT. I was contacted later this morning and advised that certain jobs were required and on returning to collect it my car was washed and valeted and Paddy went through the process of how the vehicle was repaired. Well done to all concerned and I will be back there for the foreseeable future.
