Wonderful chippy
Popped in on the suggestion of a friend to get us some dinner. Remember Upt North dinner is at dinner time not teatime or supper time.It was quiet when i was there, it was close to closing time I suppose. Ordered three portions of fish and chips, at a fiver per potion its not bad I guess. There is a table and seating for four and a few seats for people waiting for their orders.Deco could do with updating and there's an odd selection of waving toys on one of the shelves.Portion size was reasonable and service by the staff was welcoming and polite.The food was adequate, even my friend who'd recommended I go there was a bit disappointed, "I think we'll go to the square next time."Two other things to note: very small and plastic takeaway forks, not a good point. There are a couple of public notice/advertising boards to have a gander at whilst you're waiting.
