I know people tend not to post on good experience so I thought I would even out the reviews. I was unsure whether to book as I normally stick to 2 of the major airline operators, however the deal was not to be missed in Kao Lak Thailand especially as a lone traveller. My flight was cancelled and I was offered by Qatar a flight 12 hours earlier which I accepted. This meant that on arrival at the resort at 0830 the room wasn't available. I immediately paid over 150 for accommodation to be ready immediately as it was only 0230 back in the UK. When the office was open I emailed with my receipt and a refund was given immediately. The holiday was superb with no issues and I would definitely book through them again as Customer Service is everything.Thank you Voyage Prive and Courtney.
Do not use. Cancelled holiday 3 days before departure and refused to find an alternative. They do not know what customer service is!
